Shipping Methods:

We work with different shipping methods so you can choose the one that best suits your location and availability:

Correo Argentino (Argentine Post): Home delivery or pickup at a branch.

Andreani: Home delivery or pickup at a branch.

Motorcycle courier: Home delivery (limited delivery areas).

Dispatch time is 1 to 4 business days from the confirmation of your purchase.

📦 CORREO ARGENTINO (ARGENTINE POST)

You can choose pickup at a branch or home delivery.

Correo Argentino has an extensive network throughout the country, making it ideal for reaching any point in Argentina.

We remind you that it is important to track your shipment daily using the tracking number we send you by email.

Before choosing a branch, we suggest you check its opening hours, as they may vary depending on the location.

🚨 Important Information:

If you chose in-store pickup, you have 4 business days to collect your package once it arrives. After that time, the package will be returned to PADMA, and you will need to pay the shipping cost again for us to resend it.

Shipments are not insured.

Delays or problems are the sole responsibility of Correo Argentino (Argentine Post), so refunds are not issued if they occur.

It is essential that you do not accept packages that are broken or damaged.

🚚 ANDREANI

You can choose home delivery or in-store pickup.

Andreani offers nationwide delivery with good tracking and online monitoring.

We recommend checking your shipment status daily, as Andreani does not notify you by email or phone when your order is about to be delivered or is available for pickup.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

If your address does not have a visible street number, or if you live in a gated community or country club, we suggest choosing the branch pickup option to avoid returns.

🚨 Important information:

If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to absence at the address, the package will be returned to PADMA, and you will have to pay for shipping again for reshipment.

No exceptions or refunds are made.

🏍️ MOTORCYCLE COURIER (available areas)

This service applies only to home deliveries within selected areas.

The order is dispatched within 1 to 4 business days after purchase.

Deliveries are made until 10 PM. If delivery cannot be completed on time, the courier will contact you by phone to schedule a new visit or will attempt delivery the following day.

At PADMA, we take care of every detail, from order preparation to the moment it reaches you.

Remember to track your shipment and do not accept the package if it is damaged.

Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the chosen courier, but you can always count on us to assist you with any issues.
