Do you need to make an exchange or return?
We understand, sometimes tastes change, and we're here to help.
-How to manage it?
Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "EXCHANGE" (in capital letters). Please include the following information:
First and last name
Purchase order number
Reason for the exchange
Product and size you wish to exchange
Once we receive your message, we will contact you to coordinate the process.
-Product condition
The product must be:
In perfect condition (unused)
In its original packaging
Without stains, odors, or signs of use
-Deadlines and Shipping
Exchanges or returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is our error or the product arrived in poor condition.
-Refunds and Credits
We do not issue refunds unless the product is broken, defective, or the exchange cannot be processed due to lack of stock.
If we do not have the product requested for exchange, the customer will have that credit available to use in our online store.
It is important that you first send us the product you wish to exchange. Once received, you can use that credit to choose another item on the website.
