Orders sent by motorcycle courier are shipped Monday through Friday, with a preparation and shipping time of between 1 and 4 business days. For shipments via private courier (Andreani, Correo Argentino, or FedEx), the shipping time is the same. The estimated delivery time will depend on the postal service selected and will be notified before completing the purchase. You will receive an email with confirmation and tracking details for your order for added peace of mind.

 

6. Can I pick up my purchase in person? Do you have a showroom?

Yes, it is possible to pick up your purchase in person at our pickup location located in Villa Luro. To do so, you must make the purchase online by selecting the "Pickup at Padma" option. You can pick up your order once we confirm that it is ready for pickup.

 

We currently do not have a showroom or street location. We only offer the option to purchase through our online store. All of our products are detailed on the website with photos and descriptions so you can get to know them before purchasing.

 

7. What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
